Our products are handcrafted with the utmost heart, care, and are thoroughly inspected to ensure that you receive nothing but happiness when you order a Franki Ray. However, we know that sometimes wild things happen and we can’t bear the thought of breaking your heart due to a broken piece.
If you have any issues with a Franki Ray product, please reach out to us using the Contact Form. Once we receive your request for a repair, we will reach out to you with next steps. Please note that Franki Ray will take responsibility for any repairs that are needed due to a manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear will not be covered by Franki Ray, but we can absolutely still help to facilitate repairs in this instance.
